The study conducted by C. Aubert and colleagues from the Centre Technique Interprofessionnel des Fruits et LĂ©gumes (France) investigates the impact of hot water treatments (HWT) on the quality and preservation of sweet cherries, focusing on two cultivars: Balrine and Regina.
