Cherry 2026 brings together the Australian cherry industry in Adelaide for three days of insights, meetings, and shared direction. From production and innovation to markets and demand, the conference will explore ideas, research, and partnerships shaping the future of the sector.

Designed for growers, industry leaders, researchers, and partners, Cherry 2026 is a place to learn, connect, and move forward together.

Cherry 2026 will take place in Adelaide from May 30 to June 1, 2026, and will offer a three-day program including conference sessions, industry networking events, and an orchard tour day in the Adelaide Hills.

The conference program will cover production, research and innovation, commercial and market development, industry leadership, and future capabilities, with dedicated networking moments, discussion, and knowledge sharing across the entire cherry value chain.

Alongside the conference, there will also be a trade exhibition. The final day will include a guided industry tour showcasing production systems and research trials, post-harvest facilities, and export operations in South Australia.
