Cherry storage with FreshSens technology: a case study with Ana Fruit

The trial, conducted from July to September 2024 at Ana Fruit’s facilities in Isparta, Türkiye, tested the FreshSens technology with approximately 30 tons of Regina and Ziraat 0900 cherries, stored under controlled atmosphere conditions using 200 FreshSens units.
