In the lands between Romagna and Modena, a group of farmers is achieving significant results in the cherry-growing sector. Known for their dedication to quality and tradition, these companies, members of Agrintesa, are reaching international markets with their high-quality cherry production.

Enrico Bucchi, the CEO of Valfrutta Fresco SpA, takes us on a journey through the region's fields, closely examining the cherry supply chain and the strategies behind the success of this fruit.

As the cherry-growing season intensifies, we find ourselves immersed in the countryside of Modena, one of the most suitable areas for cherry production. Here, thanks to the specialization of agricultural companies, the supply chain is able to generate considerable added value, focusing on the importance of product quality and authenticity.
